if your planning..one night wont hurt..you need a good first two weeks to get your bid for top spots...
bsk tatt and i really battled early...and then tatt got to busy with summer and activites and couldnt play much...
then brands got a slow start but look where he finished...so for first you gotta play hard for top10 you play smart and us strategy and play the classic game and stick to that...
it seemed to work for me...good teachers help too...

ya...man, I've had doubts this whole time... I've learned some great stuff from the best of the best but there's still much more i have to learn about the game. That's what my plan was for, to try and shore up the weak spots. But i'm not sure even that would help. I'd say i'm covered as far as good teachers :D but still short on mastering strategy of the game.

ya totally...i found the big thing is to pay attn to the graph dates and make sure your playing for each update...and also not to just full invest in one day...cuz it could skip...but try to make money everyday...
i tryed to wait as long as i could to buy things but with bsk right behind i had to buy some stuff a little early and take a loss to make money later..but then your holding stocks for a week...
and not making money on your money...so thats where you gota ride the line and play a tight but aggressive game i have seen at least...im not a pro by any means...but i have been watching

ya, i see what you mean. I've noticed that too; it's always a bit of cunfusion with dates for me. The update offset really screwed me over last season...and ya, i could be playing a much tighter game...I tend to hold on to stocks even after it'they've gone up, if i was expecting a big spike. then, if it falls again, i get anchored.

I have done this before too. Still do sometimes :( I found that the best wat to get over it, is to just cut your losses and move on. Taks the loss and invest in better stocks. It took me a while to accept doing this but, Ferrari is the one to convince me to "just sell and move on" LOL It has worked.

Same here. Now, I close my eyes, sort my portfolio by date, and then purge out everything that is a certain number of days old, say 7 days old or so. If it hasn't gone up in a week, it has hit every day of a the weekly cycle - there isn't any day of the week when it will pop up - it ain't ever going up.

She's a terrier lab mix. She just had a fatty lump and a small tumor removed. We just got the call that all is fine and she is still all dopey from the drugs, which for me means a night of hand feeding her ice chips.
